Me, my sister and my mom were all watching something on TV and one of the news reporters said something along the lines of "We need to eliminate violence in our culture" or something like that. I made a comment that violence doesnt need to be "eliminated", that its in fact, normal, and has been part of human nature since the beginning of our existence. Dont get me wrong, Im not saying that Im pro-murder, but Im not anti-violence all together. So many people say that violence is not necessary in our environment because we are so advanced - This is the thing that aggravates me so much, why is it that society is trying to eliminate ALL forms of violence? Its like expressing anger isnt acceptable. That you should be ashamed of it, hold it in and never show it. If violence is so unnecessary and unacceptable, then why are we constantly needing to express it? Through video games, through movies and TV shows. Its there, so why do we have to suppress it? I feel like the society I live in, is all about suppression. I asked this to my mom, what is the first reaction when provoked and very angry? To hit something, to take out anger physically. Why is that so wrong? What is so bad about having a fight? So you hurt someone with words, why is that better? The question still remains, why is violence shamed upon? When its been present for centuries and is a part of human history. If you dont have anything to contribute to this, do not answer. Alright for the people stating examples of extremist cases, RE-READ WHAT I TYPED. If you actually paid attention, I clearly stated that Im not pro-murder, which without saying goes along with extremist acts of violence. It annoys me greatly when such people as yourselves skip through my argument and make your own conclusions, its ignorant.
Answer: You have a point. Japan is one of the least violent places on Earth, yet it has a shocking suicide rate. People there are TOO polite and even if they are greatly insulted, they will not retaliate. This leads to emotional suppression, which is unhealthy and can lead to depression which in rare cases leads to suicide. If something inanimate annoys me, I tend to hit it I busted my other computer last week doing just that. If a human annoys me constantly I will shout at them. If I am treated badly in a shop I will complain. Ill only resort to violence if Im attacked, but I wont just stand there and let the petty things make me angrier and angrier. Ill say Im angry at the time. Im not into repressing myself in that way.

Is it possible for me to change my race/ethnicity?
So I am an Indian [India], unfortunately a member of one of the most backwards, bigoted, uncivilized and inbred cultures on earth which believe that Whiter skin is better and really just a close minded inbred culture which I do not want to be a part of. When people ask me for my race/ethnicity, I tell them I am Asian and they say I dont "look" Asian or anything and they keep asking me what type of Asian I am. I am embarrassed to tell them that I am Indian and I there is nothing to be proud of. I just do not know what is so good about being Indian, sure we are "smart" but in American society being smart doesnt help. I have got to the point where I just dont tell people my race or ethnicity. I mean if I ask a girl who is non-Indian to date me she will automatically reject me because she will assume I am getting an arranged marriage. I HATE being an Indian guy because there is nothing good about being Indian at all. Is it possible for me to change my race/ethnicity? What else can I pass for? Hispanic? Southern European? heck, Middle Eastern even?

Answer: Its time to take the power back or course. Us good hardworking black people have to go into neighborhoods and motivate children and teens. The grown black people who are degenerates are lost. I think we should create some kind of organization for kids to learn, have fun, and learn about their heritage. You know a place to "baby sit" the youth while the parents are doing whatever. I think we will have to get through the children to make the parents think for once.

How do I deal with being a part of a low quality nationality or ethnic group?
I am an Indian [India] male and I just cannot stand being an Indian male at all. Screw the bull people pass around say Indian men are successful and yadda yadda yadda. At the end of the day Black and White males get to have the most fun in this racist society because they get the opportunity to get with a variety of women while Indian men are stuck with either Indian women or White women and no other type of women want them. I hate being an Indian guy it sucks, I have lived in the deep south for the past 6 years of my life and it gets annoying being called sand ngger, slum trash, curry muncher, and cow worshipper. This thing sucks and I heard it is even worse. Also I am not even allowed to date the type of girls I want to date. I cant date a Latina down here because I am an Indian [India] guy, all of the ones down here only go for Black or Hispanic guys. I heard in other areas it is the same thing. I mean screw it. I dont have the opportunity to date or be with a Latina girl, I get called racial slurs daily, I have been discriminated against in real life just because I am from a country people dont know anything about and the country I have from has a racist, bigoted, low quality culture. How can I deal with being a part of a low quality ethnic group and I mean is there even a way for me to change my race or nationality? I heard I can pass for Hispanic, I dont care if I have to be a White redneck because in America that is better than being a freaking Indian, god I hate being this skin color. Virginity was once something admired by several cultures, but now it seems to be frowned upon if you are over the age of 18 and are still a virgin. Girls seem to be exempt from this judgment more so than males. What is societys perception of a male virgin who is over the age of 18? I didnt even notice that someone had asked a virgin question right before I did. Uncanny.

I feel the lower class tends to devalue virginity, while the middle class holds it in higher esteem for ethical/moral reasons, and the upper class tends to hold it in higher esteem while at the same time making the entire subject almost a taboo. I think what youll also see is a shift in middle class values toward one end of the spectrum or the other due to the public school system, where hormones flare and social classes mix.
