They are now expiring. Just because people were used to the lower amounts does not make this wrong. Yes, its an increase from 2010 to 2011, but thats only if you have a 1 year mindset. HSA changes. HSA/FSA/HRA should NEVER have allowed OTC items. This definition lead to massive amounts of waste, greed and fraud. Before the cash register programs were updated, people were using their debit cards to buy Wiis. The FSA cap. Most companies used a cap because the money is non-refundable and they dont like being the bad guy when someone had too much withheld and didnt need to use the money. The people who maxed the accounts out were usually well off. Special Needs education can still be deducted on schedule A. Yes, the doubling of the 10% penalty for NOT using HSA money for medical expenses was mean, but since you can avoid the penalty by following the rules, it wont affect many people, even though it was passed as a way to raise money. If you are closing an account because of a low account balance, a 20% fee on $100 wont break the bank anyway--keeping the money in the account will be eaten up by fees anyway. The AMT. Yeah, never indexed by inflation. Every year, congress lets it default back to the 1978 amounts which means theoretically 28 million will pay it and then votes it back in in the Fall. Answer: Is any of it true? At best, there are a couple things that are stretched out from partial truths. Most of it seems to be completely biased, or flat out lies. I would look up the references for some of these, and look for the biases in the studies. For example, the stats about multiple partners and the number of encounters while drugged... how much you wanna bet the sample is biased by finding people at the bar to take the study or some other craziness like that. However, the one that says homosexuals prey on children is complete bigotry. It originates from some of the pedophile cases that involve an adult male abusing a male child. Obviously, there are some gays who are abusive, just as there are straight people who are abusive. However, I would never say all straights are pedophiles because one adult man raped a female child. Nor would I say the same of gays. The other part of the stat, 33% of all child molestations are by gays, plays on this too. They are counting adults who identify as straight as gay because they abused a same sex child. They may or may not be gay, and most dont identify as gay. I have absolutely no idea about the number, but to be accurate that should be worded that x amount of child molestations are committed by same sex offenders. Nambla is real, but so is the kkk. I dont think all white people are racist. I have no idea what their motto is. One says that most gays dont heed health warnings... How many straight people have been with quite a few partners? Even if gays commit 33% of child molestation, that leaves the other 66% to straights. The disease stats are incorrect, but even if they were, you only listed major areas that have crazy huge gay populations. If the citys population has far more gay people in it, then I would expect that gays would have higher stats for that city than non gays. What about country wide? I am sure you would see then that hep rates are equally distributed according to population rates.

Why do some still believe obama has the best interest of America in mind?

The ability of Domestic Production to cover domestic national consumption deteriorated resulting in an increase in dependency on Israeli imports and a heavy reliance on Arab and international aid to finance the cost of these imports. 4. We have also witnessed deterioration in PA ability to provide basic services such as health, education, social development and security unless heavily subsidized by Arab and international donations and aid to support its expenditures. 5. In 2009, international support was required to address a budget deficit of 61.4 percent, equivalent to 39 percent of the Palestinian GDP." She concluded: "One cannot but feel that these resources have been wasted. When the outcome of more than a 12 billion dollar investment results in such disastrous numbers, then it is obvious that immense mistakes were made on a strategic level".
