pros and cons, blood drinking?
I was gonna ask about pee, but I just saw it on discovery channel so... I ask what are the pros and cons of drinking human blood, YES like vampires, and NO not because I just saw some kind of vampire movie twilight, blade, true blood... I mean, can the human body digest it? what benefits brings to health? does the benefits depend on the health of the persons blood thats being drunk? just wondering :

Another mention of “vampires” in the bible is Matthew chapter 8 verse 28-34. But if you look closely at what this section really means you will see it in a different light. Could it mean that they were made to show their true form? If so they must hide or be hunted therefore they go into the pigs. Verse 33 And they that kept them fled, and went their ways into the city, and told every thing, and what was befallen to the possessed of the devils.” If they were just people that had their devils cast out there would be rejoicing. The term befallen means something bad happened. If they were ‘vampires” then this would be a bad thing. Also think about it when people of that time era and in our no so distant past when someone could do magic they were considered to have devils. So since the “vampires” have power and looked human this is how the humans then rationalized it. The whole city must have been vampires as well or else why wouldn’t they except him? They turned him away so that what happened to of their friends wouldn’t also happen to them. This world has dynamics that is beyond comprehension. I think that “vampires” are fallen angels or demons. Think about it what are “vampires” known for... immortal, charm, deception, lust, beauty, magic, strength. All attributes that demons or fallen angels would have. Also they have to hide from the sun, symbolic maybe?? I believe in “vampires“. Not that they are exactly the same as we imagine them and they are probably not called “vampires” at all. Satan and his angels did get cast down to earth and all. God said that they are here why have you never seen them? I believe that by making themselves out to be fictional characters that many people lust after and desire to be makes their endeavors easier. They blind in with the “vampire” groupies they wont be unmasked till later at the end times when Jesus’ radiance shows them for what they really are. Its in the bible, majority of the masses will be deceived. Will you fall in the snare? I dont ever say that something is impossible even if it does seem crazy to the majority. God says to be set apart, to be different than everyone else. It also says that non believers would look and not see. My eyes are open to the Lord and I think like no other I know. And no I am not crazy just have a unique belief... everyone’s entitled so please be nice. Many people believe religious things that couldnt be proven, how is this any different.

How do I get over hypochondria?
Im 17 and I used to watch a lot of shows on the Discovery Health channel. When I saw someone with a disorder, after seeing it, Id worry it could happen to me. Ive been dealing with this for a long time and its getting in the way of just enjoying life. For example, Ive been worrying constantly that I have a brain tumor just because sometimes I forget things and I feel like Im in a dream when I get too much or too little of sleep. I dont have headaches often at all, but that doesnt stop me from worrying about it. Once in a while when I take a deep breath Ill feel something like a pinch or shock dont know how else to describe it around my neck or chest, and Ill worry I have a heart problem. I dont know if that even makes any sense, but it still bothers me. I asked my mom, who is a nurse, about it, and she said its a pinched nerve and its happened to her before. Ive even looked up symptoms of diseases online because Im so paranoid. I feel like a freak for feeling this way, and I feel stupid for even posting this question. How do I get over this?
Answer: You might want to consider getting involved with volunteering. You are too focussed on yourself. And also look into counselling. That would be a big help.

Im having PMS and cramps, but no period?
Im having all my usual symptoms of PMS and of course the awful stay in bed cramps which can only be cured by like 4 extra strength ibuprofen, midol doesnt work at all for me. But this has been going on for two weeks. I havent had sex in 2 years Im only 18 never married. So Im not pregnant. I should have gotten my period last week, or the week before. Im really late, its never been this late. Im starting to get worried. I saw some special on Discovery Health where this girl in high school didnt get her period for months and it turned out she had a brain tumor next to the gland that produces her hormones. Should I consult my mom or doctor? I dont go to the OB GYN either. I have a doctor appointment next week before I move off to college. Ill ask him then... yeah hes a guy but hes so funny about asking me about it so Im comfortable. But hes a doctor, he hears it a lot P
Answer: you are just like i used to be, when i had any kind of symptoms id go on the internet and look em up or watch the same channel and see if i saw any thing related to what i was having. DO NOT DO THAT lol esp dont go on the internet b/c you can type in literally any symptom and the internet will tell u u have cancer. thats b/c of course anyone can go on the internet make a webpage and say theyre a doctor. and as far as things on D.H., those stories on there are very rare cases. if youre having awful cramps to the point where they keep you in bed, then maybe stay away from medicine, try something else like taking a really hot bath and laying down with a heating pad for a few mins. even though you dont go to an obgyn it COULD benefit you, trust me ive never liked going a gyn for anything b/c its weird. but try going to one so they can figure out why your cramps are so bad, not that there would be anything wrong with you but they may reccomend birth control for you. i didnt want to resort to taking it but now i dont mind it. im on my 2nd pack and already my face has cleared up and when i had my period a few days ago i had no cramps whatsoever and my flow was really like. it only lasted about 3 days. : its something to try at least. if you end up not liking it or it doesnt help you, you can always get off of it.

When a recipe calls for cloves of garlic do you use them whole?
I want to make Emerils Sauteed Kale but Im not sure how to prepare the garlic. I usually use the kind minced in oil. Ingredients: 2 tablespoons olive oil 1?2 teaspoon crushed red pepper 3 cloves garlic 2 bunches kale, roughly chopped 1 cup vegetable stock or water 1 teaspoon salt Method: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. After 10-15 seconds, add the crushed red pepper, garlic and cook until fragrant, 30 to 45 seconds. Add the greens, in batches, stirring between additions until the greens wilt slightly. Cook, stirring, for 2 minutes. Answer: Just dice it up really finely. ...or get a garlic press which just squeezes the clove through small holes and leaves it nice and fine without getting garlic on your fingers. As to the stuff in the oil, well, its OK but usually old and kind of stale. Have fun and remember that you can chew up some parsley to get rid of the garlic taste/smell on your breath.

Baby cirb seen on Discovery Healths Birth day?
Today on the show Birth Day on discovery health the couple that had a little girl had this crib that is round but kind of goes out on the top and has a ruffled kind of pattern on the top instead of just a circle. I would really want to get one of these cribs, does anyone know the name of this crib or where I can find one like it? Thanks in advance for your help.

Some people believe that there is some sort of practice that can actually hurt and maybe kill by evil powers. Iv seen on Discovery health channel an african women that came to hte doctor scremin in pain and saying cut my legs and rip my gut. the doctor did not see any problem but cannot get her to leave and thougt she may have mental problems but a nurse happen to know someone from this african women culture and she knew what to do.they had bones and candels and she passed out then came back like nothing ever happened. and the doctor was amazed it happened in the ER.the the women who helped her said that it could kill her. what do you think????

American Sign Language Careers?
Im positive that I want to be an interpreter, but and maybe Im getting WAY ahead of myself here if I find that I want a more reliable job like teaching ASL, I want to have more options. I was actually watching discovery health and saw a woman working with a deaf-blind child and his family to communicate better and training the child to be more independent with things like getting dressed and traveling around the house. I tried to look up the name of that career and found absolutely nothing. If anyone could list or direct me to a detailed page of ASL careers, I would really appreciate it
