Sims 3 Ambitions mods problem?10 points for best answer?
so i just installed sims 3 ambitions and found out about the new way to make mods work.i created a new folder in “MyDocumentsElectronic ArtsThe Sims 3 ” called Mods,i placed the resource.cfg file in the mods folder and then created another folder called Packages inside the mods folder.i deleted the mods folder from its old location and then placed the package mods inside the new package folder.and i changed the resource.cfg file as they said in the instructions through the note pad,but my custom content still wont show up in game.im very confused,what am i doing wrong?and i dont really understand how you make the package files work.you just place them in the package folder and thats it?shouldnt you click on them to install them,like before?also,after i placed them inside the package folder,all the files still had the install helper monkey face/icon on their left side.and if i double click a package file and want to install it the following error appears could not find a valid directory to install to.and my sims 3 base game and all its expansion packs are installed on the D drive.and i created the mods folder in C:MyDocumentsElectronic ArtsThe Sims 3.is that okay or should it be in D:MyDocumentsElectronic ArtsThe Sims 3?Please help me,i really dont know what to do anymore.
Answer: Yes, it should be in My Documents folder, like this My DocumentsElectronic ArtsThe Sims 3ModsPackages Your default folder should be in C:, how come you have another in D drive? Did you move your My Document folder? If not, it should be in C by Windows default setting Resource.cfg should be like this below, without specifying what drive the sign means current folder level, where ever the cfg it is, Ensure your cfg looks exactly like this. If it doesnt work, then try doing it in your D: drive, same, move your cfg file there, and the .package files there as well. This is the cfg. double check them, or just copy and paste. Answer: youre trying to be overly poetic. Poetry should come from the heart. This is just a messy bunch of adjectives making nonsensical phrases that arent even poetically nonsensical. When you read your poem, you should be able to look at it and know what it means. Or have a feeling behind it or something. All I see here is a string of stupid lines about random stuff you thought sounds like a poem should. ...I just realized how convoluted my sentences are. Hopefully you get the idea

Answer: Hi The reason behind this is your graphic card. You have Intel Display Device IntelR G33/G31 Express Chipset Family, which is not at all good, much worse than Geforce 6200. So you should not expect new games to run in your PC with that graphic card. If you want to play games like Undercover, you will have to upgrade your graphic card. Well, i am not sure why exactly does it says "Unknown Compatibility" after your Display Device, it might be because you dont have your graphic driver. You should download the latest graphic driver for your graphic card, or just browse the CD which you got along with PC, install Display Driver and just update it.
