WHo else is sick of the lady gaga crap? shes all over the place, and for what?
if she didnt have the attentionwhore clothes on and the makeup that completely disguises what she naturally looks like, people wouldnt be so interested in her and her music videos. people dont look for substance anymore. they look for visually pleasing things? her fans call her a genius. shes not a genius for coming up with "alejandro alejandro ale ale alejandro alejandro alejandro alejandro, roberto" "im bluffin with my muffin, cant read my poker face" and her visuals, they are not her crreations. she was created before she became famous, by madonnas personal team of creators. her videos are just silly, but the masses call that art today, so LoL. she is a bad influence on our kids. plus, shes an attentionwhore X100 i predict she will go away in march 2011. what is your prediction?

Answer: I agree that she is the flavor of the week...Actually I dont understand the phenomenon, BUT I dont see her all over the place...She can be easily avoided....And besides...No one forces you to watch those silly videos..

This is the text, thanks for your attention, i must send it right away This is an informal presentation, I am not a product of advertising or marketing, I do not wear Gap, Victorias Secret, DKNY, Guess, Saks or Diesel. Never I have wear Nike shoes, do not buy product made by children, or slaves of the Third World, I am a post-modernist- woman which recycles the memories, my ascentrales hopes, my dreams, I recycle paper, biodegradable materials from my home, my “Wixaritari people”and my body, I recycle the joys, my lips grenade, aluminum cans, I recycled to give me a second life, to renew hopes I am a free thinking artists. My paintings are visual metaphors, I am fateful to my indigenous roots I honor The Wixaritari s roots, so I keep making the sacred art of my ancestral “The Ojo de Dios, or Gods Eye” a sacred or shamanic object, with a very deep spiritual meaning. But I am also faithful to my inner voice which express sometimes in writing or painting or in collages, I am faithful to the freedom that gives arts its freedom whithout conditions so I see my art as a work always in progress, and a live between the sacred and political symbols, those that are to me personal. I do experiment a lot, with materials, ideals, symbols, realities, feelings

Answer: First couple of sentences are good. Then it should be- Never have I worn Nike shoes, I do not buy products made by children, or slaves of the third world. I am a post-modernist woman who recycles the memories, my ancestral hopes, and my dreams. I recycle paper, biodegradable materials from my home, my "Wixaritari people" and my body. I recycle the joys, my lips grenade- this part I dont understand is it supposed to be symbolism, aluminum cans. I recycle to give me a second life, to renew hopes. I am a free thinking artist. My paintings are visual metaphors, I am faithful to my indigenous roots. I honor the Wixaritaris roots, and so I keep making the sacred art of my ancestral "the ojo de Dios" or the Gods eye, a sacred or shamanic object with a very deep spiritual meaning. I am also faithful to my inner voice which expresses itself sometimes in writing, painting or in collages. I am faithful to the freedom that gives the arts their freedom without conditions. I see my art as a work always in progress. Alive between the sacred and political symbols that are personal to me. I experiment often with materials, ideals, symbols, realities, and feelings. I like your informal presentation. It is moving.

What do you think about the ideas behind Inception?
So I think theres to main sides to this. Add more and/or discuss? 1. Movies can be games and still be art. I think there are some other films that take this angle, though maybe not to the same extent that Inception did. Even a novel like The Great Gatsby has this layer to it- its fun just to unravel the layers of plot without even really considering its moral implications. Personally I think Inception is like a lower quality Great Gatsby; its morals/philosophies are redundant and are only present to support the puzzle. I think the "reality has many layers" and the rest of that meaning of life stuff is kinda old. But hey it makes for good puzzles. 2. Also related to The Great Gatsby. I think its interesting to think about the money involved in making this film. Is the whole film in limbo? Its not very poetic for a movie about dreams, at least from a storytelling perspective. just an adventure movie From a visual, technological perspective, though, its stunning. What would Inception be without the money supporting it? Do you think that it is ethical to spend so much money on our dreams? Obviously Im biased but I want to hear the counterarguments since I honestly havent thought all of this out yet and some of it just came out as I was writing...

Answer: well truee.ive never seen the great gatsby but inceltion was pretty good. like they tried to make it confusing , and if you understand it.. you are cool.lol although it was a good movie and fun to folooww..true soo unethical to spend so much money on our dreams smh

Anyone here would help me with BGM for my Visual Novel?
Im making a Visual Novel right now. But the problem is that I need someone to help me with the Backgrounds art. I can draw them but I dont have much time... Also help me with sprites? Thank you

Answer: Unfortunately, I personally cannot help you. However, I do recommend that you keep putting your work out there because you will eventually come across someone who will be able to help you with this. In lieu of this, Ill direct you to http://www.deviantart.com/. You will most definitely find many more people there who will be extremely willing to get just what you need done, and so many are extremely talented. I think that you will have a lot of success there with your visual novel. Good luck, and I hope your finished project is great

What is the definition of volume as one of the elements of visual arts?

Answer: The apparent 3D space/area of an object depicted, usually achieved with modulation of color, lighting and shadow. OR--if someone says your shirt is "really loud" typically a reference to the volume of sound or music they mean that your clothing is really colorful/overly patterned to the point of distraction.

Can you name a musician, artist, or writer with a substance abuse issue who?
Created better work after kicking their habit? Seems like the ones I can think of in my head get clean and makes everyone happy, but their work whether it be music or visual art tends to decline in quality of work. Perhaps, pain is needed in order to create the goods?

Answer: In my head Ive gone through Ray Charles, Janis Joplin, Billie Holliday, Kurt Cobain, Jimi Hendrix, Jim Morrison, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Elton John, Depeche Mode, Amy Winehouse, Pete Doherty though the last two are still abusing, and - no, I cant think of a single one who improved after getting sober. Im not sure about artists or authors, except maybe Irvin Welsh, and I cant stand his work anyway.

Animation School?????? :?
Hi My twin sister and I both plan on going to college for animation. The only problem is, we are torn between going to a FILM school or an ART school. We want to be animators for adult animated tv shows- Family Guy,Futurama,King of the Hill , and we would also like to eventually become staff writers, or even develop and create our own shows. So on one hand, we would like to go to a film school, because we might learn more about the storytelling aspect of animation. But we hear that film school can make you waste a lot of time on academic classes, which we would hate to do, and we also figure that we could just take workshops on screenwriting, instead of spending lots of time having it as a minor. Also, an art school sounds good, because the students are so diverse, and the unique approach to animation would be interesting, and they may pay more attention to the visual aspect of animation. Mostly, we just want a school that would give us a very well-rounded education on all the aspects of animation, screenwriting, character design, and anything to do with creating shows- Like character development, etc. We dont have to worry about the tuition of the school we go to, Our parents are paying for it. so thats really not a factor in deciding whats best. We are both extremely devoted to becoming the best of the best and want to become the greatest female show creators ever We are both really good at drawing and writing, and we take our futures very seriously, so the amount of work isnt a factor either. Thanks so much for your answers : ~Ellie and Rinny

Answer: WOW you two sound very talented and i admire you two taking your future serious. I do too. I wish to write books for the public and Become a US Marine. Im only 16 and Im already writen down ideas, rough drafts, a book, and training myself as hard as i can to make it through the marines. It sounds like you are already covered on art so maybe workshop on the screen writing so you can actually create the story of what ever type of animation you plan on doing. The way i see it is that in the making of an animation, everyone works on one job but you guys seem to cover half of all those jobs. Basically, i think if you dont make the other, then youll get the next. Good Luck Ellie & Rinny
